How I work or How we can work
As we are in a constant state of change I don't like boxing myself or you as client to fixed offerings. Obviously I can only offer what I am trained in, but I would rather work with you as an individual on how you can benefit the most from our time together. We can work together in whatever way is most beneficial to you on that day.
We work in the time frame rather than a specific service. Regarding massage I like to integrate many different techniques depending on your body's needs. Choose how long a session you would like and before arriving, check in and feel what would be most beneficial to you. We can have a consultation on what I can offer and see if my approach suits you. For example if you would like a mixture of Yoga practices for 30 minutes and 30 minutes dedicated to massage or if you would just like a full session on meditation and pranayama work or if you feel physically drained, conk out and have a solid 2 hour body massage! Whatever your mind and body needs that day. This is your time, use it wisely.
