*Find me on retreat to prepare the mind and body to transition into autumn, slowing down after the high energy of summer. Give yourself a long weekend to nourish inside and out in a secluded location in the North Wales countryside.

Example daily retreat schedule:
08.30-09:00: Fruit/herbal teas
09.00-11.30: Vinyasa flow, pranayama, mantra and meditation
12.00-13.30: Delicious brunch
13.30-14.30: Country walk, treatments or just time to chill out
14.30-15:00: Herbal teas/raw snacks
16.00-17.00: Free time
17.00-18.30: Restorative/Yin yoga and meditation
18.30-20.00: Dinner
20.30-21.30: Yoga Nidra (optional)

All offerings are optional for you to attend.

Massage is additional and all participants receive £10 off any treatment time price.

The retreat is suitable for anyone who would like to spend a weekend in nature; learning about wellbeing, healthy clean food and Yoga. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages.

This is a rural retreat situated in the heart of the beautiful llyn peninsular, in an area of outstanding beauty in North Wales, known for the miles of sandy beaches set against the backdrop of Snowdonia. Set aside some down time in December and prep for what can be a rather frantic month of festivities. Join Jennie from flow with intuition and myself in the cosy intimate setting within Chorlton Health Hub. Ground down into your body with some guided mindful movement and breath work. Then let yourself settle and sink back into your mat as the sounds and vibrations from a set of seven chakra Tibetan singing bowls washes over the room. Jennie will guide you to fall into a deeply relaxed state, the effects you'll feel can range from conscious sleeping to meditation or your body may feel the need to switch off for a snooze, snoring permitted. Throughout the session Polly, insured & certified massage therapist, will use the simple effective power of touch to draw your attention to the body to allow you to go deeper into your sensibility.
